Required Qualifications

1. Minimum of 7 years of full-time hands-on experience as a Backend API Engineer.
2. Minimum of 4 years of experience with Node.js backend.
3. Experience with background workers.
4. Experience working with queues (e.g., SQS) and messaging systems (e.g., Kafka, RabbitMQ).
5. Proficiency in unit testing.
6. Experience working in startup environments.
7. Upper-intermediate to fluent proficiency in spoken and written English, enabling real-time conversations.
8. Strong proactive communication skills.

Nice to Haves

1. Experience with Java.
2. Experience with React.js.
3. Knowledge of code complexity and Big O notation.
4. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent demonstrated ability.
