Program Manager

• Handle and refine processes that support daily operations.
• Develop playbooks based on data analysis and execute and track operational processes.
• Prioritize customer experience and ensure exceptional service delivery. Basic Qualifications:
• 3+ years of professional experience.
• Proven experience managing projects from end to end.
• Proficiency in online tools, particularly Google's suite of tools (Google Sheets).
• Strong focus on data analysis and using data to support decision-making.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Outstanding customer service and problem-solving abilities. Preferred Qualifications:
• Previous experience in the tourism or hospitality industry.
