Required Qualifications

1. Minimum of 7 years of full-time hands-on recruiting experience.
2. Minimum of 5 years of full-time experience hiring software engineers.
3. Conversational level of English proficiency, enabling real-time conversations.
4. Ability to work in the US time zone.
5. Deep familiarity with different developer profiles and skillsets.
6. Expert-level sourcing skills.
