• 5+ years of full-time hands-on Accounting experience.
• 3+ years of full-time hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable.
• 3+ years of full-time hands-on Bookkeeping experience.
• Upper-intermediate to fluent proficiency in spoken and written English.
• Ability to work in the US time zone.
• Attention to detail and the ability to meet deadlines despite obstacles.
• Strong drive to accomplish tasks on time and with quality.
• Proactive communication skills, taking ownership, and improving existing processes.
• Passion for technology and curiosity about automating manual processes with technology tools. Nice to Haves:
• 1+ year of administrative experience.
• Experience with QuickBooks.
